Liability Release Agreement
I am aware of and voluntarily assume the risk of this activity. If I am injured I agree that I will not make claim against or otherwise hold responsible Spirit Body Yoga LLC or its affiliates, employees and sponsors. I acknowledge that I participate at my own risk with my own consent.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spirit Body Yoga LLC and any other affiliated individuals resulting from this activity.
We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically, the effect of which will be the same as if I signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.
By electronic signature I agree that I have read this Waiver and fully understand its contents and voluntarily agree to be bound by all of its terms.
Photo & Video Consent
I understand that Spirit Body Yoga LLC may occasionally take photos or videos during live online classes or workshops for promotional purposes. I agree that photos or videos of me may be used on Spirit Body Yoga's website, social media, and other materials. (I understand that I can always keep my camera off and avoid being photographed).
