I've been attending this class for several weeks now and I encourage everyone to give it a try. Amy is upbeat and soothing and I feel so relaxed when I leave. Always tells us to do what's comfortable and gives us options if we find some positions too difficult. Very good class

I personally enjoyed the class, was well organized and she made very personalized, everyone was friendly and very helpful no matter if it was your first time or not. I liked that I was able to work at my own pace no pressure. The studio was very clean and everything was available for us.
