Terms of Service

Welcome to Spirit Body Yoga. By using our website (yogis4life.com) or mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one.

Health and safety

Yoga involves physical movement. Our classes are for general wellness and are not medical advice. Talk with your doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a health condition. Listen to your body and stop if something does not feel right. You practice at your own risk, and we may ask you to complete a waiver before you book.

Memberships, credits and payments

• Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Any free trial converts to a paid membership at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Class credits are used to book live classes and may have an expiry if we say so when you buy them.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.
• You can cancel a membership at any time from your account’s billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not refund the current period unless the law requires it or we say otherwise.
• If you buy through the mobile app on a device, the app store’s own terms may also apply.

Booking and cancellations

Live classes have limited space. If a class is full you may join a waitlist. Please cancel in the app or on the website if you cannot attend so someone else can take your place. We may cancel or change a class; if we cancel, your credit is returned.

Our content

Videos, music, text, images and the Spirit Body Yoga name and logo belong to us or our teachers. You may watch the classes you have access to for your own personal practice. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publicly show them, or share your login with others.

Community rules

Be kind. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, misleading or spam, and do not share other people’s private information. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it in the community. Posts, comments and reactions in the main feed can be seen by other members; what you post inside a group can be seen only by that group's members and the studio. When you share someone's post, we show it under your name with credit to the original author, so only share what you are comfortable showing. Please do not copy or reshare other members' posts or photos outside the community without their permission. Use tags (@) to mention people kindly, not to harass anyone or to spam. Groups are either open (anyone can join) or private (you ask to join and the studio decides). The studio may decline a request, remove a member, or close a group. We may screen posts and comments, hold some for review before they appear, and remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can block a member, and report a post, comment or reply to a moderator at any time. You can report a post or reply to a moderator at any time.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Delete my account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Some sections of these terms keep applying after an account ends.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Spirit Body Yoga is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will tell you by email or in the app. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
